3 3D打印的发展和展望
综上所述,3D打印不仅可以为临床提供诊断思路、制备术前规划、提供手术所需的新型材料,还有助于医患沟通和教学研究。如今,3D打印技术以其精度高、制作速度快、可按需生产等优势日益受到临床的重视。随着影像学技术和材料科学技术的发展,心血管3D打印的精度和仿生程度将会不断提高,为制备新的仿生材料提供有力的支持。但与此同时,3D打印技术尚不成熟,在很多方面仍面临着不小的挑战,如操作复杂、在某些领域生产成本较高、打印物的血供和营养状况不良、打印物植入体内的免疫排斥反应、后期处理环节的错误可导致最终成形的模型与原数据差别较大等。虽然3D打印技术还存在不少缺陷,但随着科学技术的发展,3D打印必将逐步走向成熟,对医学做出更大的贡献。
